My work for you will allow you to have more time for your personal life or to spend more time in the courtroom doing one of the things that you do best.

I am presently in Prescott, Arizona. When I am in Sydney, Australia, I am 14-17 hours ahead of you. This means that if you send me your transcript at the end of your working day, you will have your polished transcript waiting in your inbox when you wake up in the morning and check your mail. I can also give you a turnaround of less than 12 hours at your request. It’s as simple as that!

I have been proofreading for many years, and I know what it means to be accurate and attentive to detail. My eagle eyes seek out those small errors. Every word in your transcript will be carefully read. Once corrected, you will be proud of your final work.

My resources include Merriam-Webster Unabridged Dictionary, Court Reporting: Bad Grammar/Good Punctuation, Morson’s English Guide for Court Reporters, The Gregg Reference Manual, and Google. Completing the course Transcript Proofreading: Theory and Practice and the 40-plus years in the fields of administration and teaching has given me the expertise needed to proofread not only transcripts but any written material.
